BILLING RATES

At DSP Advocates, P.C., we believe that everyone deserves access to skilled legal representation—regardless of financial means or business size. That’s why we offer a flexible, sliding scale fee structure tailored to your circumstances. For individuals, startups, and small businesses, our rates are purposefully kept below market averages to ensure that legal support is both high-quality and affordable. In contrast to the average New York attorney who charges $398 per hour, our rates for these clients are set lower to help you focus your resources on growth and innovation. For larger companies with 100 or more employees, our standard rate is $450 per hour, reflecting the complexity and scope of services often required while maintaining transparency and fairness in pricing.

FLAT FEES

At DSP Advocates, P.C., we provide flat fee pricing for select legal services to give entrepreneurs and business owners predictable, transparent costs for essential legal support. Our flat fee model helps you plan with confidence—no hourly billing surprises, just professional, business-focused counsel.
 

Corporate Formation – $750 + State Filing Fees

We’ll handle the formation of your business entity (LLC, corporation, or partnership) for a flat fee of $750, plus applicable state filing fees.

  • Additional fees for special requirements (such as expedited filings or publication requirements) will be passed through and billed at our standard hourly rate.

  • You’ll receive guidance on entity selection and formation to ensure you’re starting your business on the right legal footing.

Optional Add-On: For businesses formed in New York, we offer Registered Agent Services at $100 per year.

 

Corporate Governance Documents

We offer customized governance documents to align with your ownership structure and business goals:

  • $1,250 – Standard Bylaws (corporations) or Operating Agreement (LLCs): Recommended for sole owners.

  • $2,500 – Bespoke Bylaws or Operating Agreements: Recommended for entities with multiple shareholders, members, or partners seeking clarity on roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.

These documents are tailored to your needs and ensure your entity is properly structured for long-term success.

 

Contract Drafting Services

Protect your business relationships with clearly written contracts that reflect your expectations and reduce risk. We offer:

  • $1,250 – Simple Contract Templates (e.g., NDAs, basic service agreements)

  • $2,500 – Complex, Customized Contracts (e.g., partnership agreements, client contracts with negotiated terms)

Our contracts are designed to be practical, enforceable, and aligned with your business goals. Contract review or negotiation services are provided at our standard hourly rates.
