In contrast to the average New York attorney who charges $398 per hour, our rates for these clients are set lower to help you focus your resources on growth and innovation. For larger companies with 100 or more employees, our standard rate is $450 per hour, reflecting the complexity and scope of services often required while maintaining transparency and fairness in pricing.

For personal injury cases, the Firm charges on a contingency fee basis. This means we don’t charge any fees unless we win your case. No upfront costs—just results-driven representation.

$750 + Filing Fees – We’ll handle the formation of your business entity (LLC, corporation, or partnership) for a flat fee of $750, plus applicable state filing fees.

Optional Add-On: For businesses formed in New York, we offer Registered Agent Services at $100 / year.
